The National University of Science and Technology Celebrates Iraqi Women’s Day

Under the patronage of the President of the National University, Professor Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Rubaie, the Iraqi Women’s Day celebrations commenced at the National University.

The event featured various activities and segments, starting with a symposium organized by the Women’s Empowerment Unit at the university in collaboration with the Family and Child Police in Dhi Qar Governorate.

In his speech, the esteemed University President praised women working across all sectors, congratulating them on their special day and expressing his appreciation for their efforts.

Meanwhile, Legal Officer Lieutenant Zahraa Abdul Ameer from the Family Police delivered a scientific seminar on the importance of using social media to strengthen family bonds.

During the event, promotional leaflets were distributed to educate the community on the importance of proper social interactions.

At the conclusion of the event, the National University of Science and Technology presented certificates of appreciation to the delegation from the Family Police in Dhi Qar Governorate in recognition of their efforts in promoting family security.
