The National University of Science and Technology took part in a PhD dissertation defense held at the Informatics Institute for Postgraduate Studies in Baghdad. The defense committee included the university’s Administrative Assistant, Professor Dr. Ahmed Abdul Sahib, alongside a number of academics and researchers. The dissertation focused on: "Developing Advanced Algorithms for DNA Sequence Analysis Using Genomic Signal Processing Techniques in Deep Learning."

This study represents a significant step toward a deeper understanding of genetic analysis, contributing to improved accuracy and faster processing of results.
