Under the patronage of His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naim Al-Aboudi, and under the supervision of the Scientific Undersecretary, Professor Dr. Haidar Abdul Dhiad, the National University of Science and Technology signed memorandums of cooperation with a group of leading Iranian universities. This collaboration came as part of the Iraqi-Iranian Science Week, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims to strengthen academic relations and develop cooperation between educational institutions in Iraq and Iran.

The signed memorandums of cooperation cover various areas, including scientific research, exchange of expertise, and joint educational programs. Through this cooperation, the university aims to achieve tangible results that benefit students by providing opportunities for learning and training in distinguished academic environments.

This step marks the beginning of an important strategic initiative aimed at enhancing learning and scientific research opportunities for students, granting them access to new educational resources and helping to develop their scientific skills. It also contributes to improving the level of education between the two countries.
