The National University of Science and Technology Continues Its Global Research Excellence with a New Achievement by the College of Engineering Technology

The faculty members of the National University of Science and Technology continue to achieve remarkable scientific milestones that strengthen the university’s standing in international academic forums.

Professor Dr. Adel Abbas Al-Moussawi, Dean of the College of Engineering Technology, has published a scientific research paper titled: “Synergistic Heat Transfer Enhancement in Triangular Enclosures: Hybrid Nanofluid‐Porous Wavy Fin Systems Under Magnetohydrodynamic and Radiation Effects”

in the Energy Science & Engineering journal, which is indexed in Scopus (Q1 quartile) and Clarivate, with an impact factor of 3.4.

The study focuses on enhancing natural convective heat transfer inside triangular enclosures using hybrid nanofluids and porous media, while examining the effects of radiation and various magnetic fields on the system’s thermal performance.

This achievement reflects the high scientific caliber of the university’s academic staff and their continuous commitment to supporting applied scientific research and promoting publications in prestigious international journals.
