Webometrics World University Assessment 

It is the largest system for evaluating international universities, issued in Spain by the Higher Council for Scientific Research. The aim of the assessment is to improve the online presence of higher education and scientific research institutions and encourage the publication of peer-reviewed scientific articles in an open access manner. It is a semi-annual assessment, issued in January and July of each year, and is based on measuring the performance of universities through their websites.
