A workshop was held on the dangers of drugs and their effects on the individual and society, in the presence of a large number of students and advanced staff at the National University. A workshop was held today, Monday, in the conference hall at the National University, on the dangers of drugs presented by Jurist Colonel Riyad Issa, Assistant Director of Drugs and Psychotropic Substances in Dhi Qar. The workshop dealt with prevention strategies. From the danger of drugs, as well as their health, psychological and societal harms, the Assistant President of the University for Scientific Affairs, Professor Dr. Falah Al-Asadi, praised the workshop and the important material presented to the students.
